Contractual Acceptance
By accessing the Ebook Calibre website at ebook-calibre.one, you signify your agreement to abide by these terms. We provide professional editorial, design, and strategic marketing consultation for independent authors. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing our consultancy services or site resources.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at our discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our site following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Intellectual Property Rights
Authors retain full and exclusive ownership of their original manuscripts. Ebook Calibre does not claim any copyright or equity in your literary work.
While you retain rights to your content, the design assets created by Ebook Calibre (including custom book covers and interior layouts) are licensed to you for the duration of your book's publication upon full payment of service fees.
- A. The structural website design, brand identity, and proprietary marketing methodologies found on this domain are the property of Ebook Calibre and are protected by international copyright laws.
- B. Unauthorized reproduction of our agency templates or strategic frameworks is strictly prohibited.
Service Boundaries
Editorial Limits
Our editorial review is mechanical and stylistic. We do not provide ghostwriting or structural re-authoring of your plot or core thesis.
Market Results
We provide high-precision metadata and visibility strategies. However, market reception and final sales figures depend on variables beyond our direct control.
Ebook Calibre operates as an advisory and production agency. We are not a traditional publisher and do not "sign" authors for distribution under our own imprint. Our role is to prepare your manuscript for self-managed distribution on platforms such as Kindle Direct Publishing and IngramSpark.
Financial Terms
Fees for discrete services are due in accordance with the project milestones defined in your specific Service Agreement. Work commences only after the initial retainer or service deposit is confirmed.
Due to the customized nature of editorial labor and personalized design, refunds are processed based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any completed assets (drafts, cover concepts) delivered prior to cancellation remain the property of Ebook Calibre until final balance settlement.
Limitation of Liability
Ebook Calibre is not liable for technical retailer issues, unexpected platform algorithm shifts, or legal claims arising from the content of the author’s manuscript (including plagiarism or defamation). It is the author's responsibility to ensure legal rights to all submitted content.
